MPC Energy Solutions has successfully raised gross proceeds of USD 100 million in relation to the Euronext Growth Oslo listing. The proceeds will be applied towards the equity financing required to develop, construct and acquire projects, and for general corporate purposes.

MPC Energy Solutions will develop, construct and acquire projects related to renewable energy (solar and wind), energy efficiency, and hybrid assets. The Company, through its sponsor and founder MPC Capital has identified and developed significant investment opportunities for projects of this nature, primarily in the Latin American / Caribbean region.
