Transfer of shares to CEO
Medistim ASA has transferred 12,500 shares to Medistim CEO Kari Krogstad. It is part of her agreement with the Board of Medistim that she receives 12,500 shares. The agreement has been previously described in the Company's Annual Report. Medistims last traded share price in 2020 was 250.00 so the shares are transferred at this cost.
