# Proposed dividend of NOK 9.00 per share for the financial year 2020

The Telenor Board of Directors will propose a total dividend of NOK 9.00 per share for the financial year 2020 to the Annual General Meeting in May 2021.  

  

The dividend will be split into two tranches of NOK 5.00 and NOK 4.00 per share to be paid in June and October 2021, respectively. The total ordinary dividends proposed for the financial year 2020 is NOK 12.6 billion. The two tranches will have separate ex. dividend and record dates.  

  

The expected dividend dates for 2021 will be available at Telenor Group’s investor site on www.telenor.com/investors/.
