Key information relating to the 2019 cash dividend to be paid by DNB

In reference to the extraordinary general meeting on 30 November 2020 and the

authorisation given to the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution of a

2019 dividend per share of up to NOK 9.00, the Board of Directors has decided to

pay a dividend per share of NOK 8.40 for 2019.

Dividend amount: 8.40 per share

Declared currency: Norwegian krone (NOK)

Last day including right: 23 February

Ex-date: 24 February

Record date (shareholder registration date): 25 February

Payment date: from 4 March

Date of approval: 9 February
