GJEPF: Early redemption of Gjensidige Pensjonsforsikring AS 16/26 FRN C SUB loan

The Board of Gjensidige Pensjonsforsikring AS has today resolved to exercise the

call option to redeem all bonds under ISIN NO 001 0767429 on 23 June 2021, with

the intention to replace the loan with a similar loan or equity from Gjensidige

Forsikring ASA. The original maturity date of the loan is 23 June 2026.

The redemption is conditioned upon resolution by the General Meeting in

Gjensidige Pensjonsforsikring AS and approvals by the Financial Supervisory

Authority of Norway. The redemption price will be 100.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the

Continuing Obligations.
