Panoro Energy - Update to Financial Calendar and Invitation to 4Q 2020 Trading and Financial update

Oslo, 18 February 2021 - Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 and 10

February 2021 regarding the acquisitions in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon, and the

completed private placement of new shares. Due to the transformational nature of

the acquisitions and the process of having a prospectus approved by the

Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority, the board of directors has decided

not to publish a formal Q4 2020 financial report. However, on Thursday 25

February 2021, the Company will issue a trading and financial update which will

include certain main line items for Q4. The Company will also, as previously

reported, publish its 2020 annual report on 30 April 2021.

The trading and financial update to be announced on 25 February will be

available on our website http://www.panoroenergy.com at 07:30 a.m. CET.

The company will hold a live webinar presentation at 09:00 a.m. CET on Thursday

25 February 2021, during which management will discuss the results and

operations, followed by a Q&A session.

The webinar presentation can be accessed through registering at the link below

and the online event will be equipped with features to ask live questions.
