Reference is made to the announcement published by KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties" or the "Company") on 19 February 2021 regarding the share capital increase in connection with the issuance of 981,233 new shares (the "Offer Shares") issued in connection with the Subsequent Offering.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 981,233 Offer Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is 48 349 308,8, divided on 241 746 544 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.2, and giving one voting right at the Company's general meeting.
The Offer Shares will be delivered to each subscriber's VPS account today, provided that the respective subscriber has paid for its allocated Offer Shares. Subject to timely payment by investors, the Offer Shares are now tradable on Oslo Børs.
