The Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will be held Wednesday
24 March 2021 at 17:00 (CET) as a digital meeting.
The notice including agenda for the General Meeting and appendices are attached
to this disclosure. The notice will be sent to shareholders 2 March 2021.
