• bought 4,100,000 shares at NOK 29 per share and 3,200,000 shares at NOK 31 per share

• sold 4,100,000 shares at NOK 29 per share and 4,150,000 shares at NOK 31 per share

Johan Lindqvist and companies controlled by him, have after this trade 2,044,337 shares which represent 3,7 % of the issued shares, plus 78,573 subscription rights. In conjunction with the trade Johan Lindqvist has also entered a 24 month lock up agreement for the remaining holding.

N Hugosson Inwest AB, a company controlled by Niclas Hugosson, CTO, has today sold 1,600,000 shares for a price of NOK 31 per share. N Hugosson Inwest AB has after this trade 2,902,417 shares which represents 5,27 % of the issued shares, plus 78,573 subscription rights. In conjunction with the trade Niclas Hugosson has also entered a 24 month lock up agreement for the remaining holding.

Factis Invest AB, a company controlled by Dennis Höjer, CEO, has today sold 1,600,000 shares for a price of NOK 31 per share. Factis Invest AB has after this trade 2,803,266 shares which represents 5,09 % of the issued shares, plus 78,573 subscription rights. In conjunction with the trade Dennis Höjer has also entered a 24 month lock up agreement for the remaining holding.

Jannerberg Invest AB, a company controlled by Jesper Jannerberg, Board Member, has today sold 2,600,000 shares for a price of NOK 29 per share. Jannerberg Invest AB has after this trade 2,372,831 shares which represents 4,31 % of the issued shares, plus 78,573 subscription rights.

Admaniha AS, a company controlled by Terje Rogne, Board Member, has today sold 500,000 shares for a price of NOK 29 per share. Admaniha AS has after this trade 500,000 shares which represents 0,91 % of the issued shares.

Windchange AB, a company controlled by Lars Forsberg, CFO, has today sold 1,000,000 shares for a price of NOK 29 per share. Windchange AB has after this trade 310,106 shares which represents 0,56% of the issued shares, plus 78,573 subscription rights.
