Transactions carried out under the share buy-back program for KONGSBERG related to the long-term incentive plan for management
As announced 15. January 2021 and 26 February 2021 KONGSBERG will purchase MNOK 8.4 of own shares related to long-term incentive (LTI) plan for management.
The stock exchange notice dated 15 January 2021 stated that the shares were to be purchased between 12. February and 11. March 2021. The announcement from 26 February specified this to between 1 March and 11 March 2021.
The share buy-back under this programme is now completed.

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 625 039 own shares, corresponding to 0.3%of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 578 262 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares will have to be approved by the General Meeting on 6 May 2021.
