Referring to the stock exchange announcement March 8th, please find attached our March 10th Capital Markets Day presentation.

New information disclosed in this presentation

In this presentation we share the following new information:

1. Protector has entered into a NOK 1.9 billion reinsurance deal on our workers’ compensation portfolio in

Norway and Denmark (as announced in separate stock exchange announcement).

2. Long-term (3 years) net combined ratio target has been changed from 94% to 90-92%.

3. The Board has decided upon a new flexible dividend policy.

4. Our equity portfolio has returned > MNOK 350 YTD.
