Quantafuel ASA | Share issue under option program

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting of Quantafuel ASA (the "Company") held on 3 July 2020 where the board of directors was authorised to increase the share capital in connection with the Company's share option program.

As a result of exercise of options by certain employees of the Company, the board has today resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 1,833.32, by the issuance of 183,332 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
