LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 10 March 2021 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with the acquisition of the Dutch CPaaS enabler Tismi B.V (Tismi).

As partial settlement for the acquisition of Tismi, the Company issued a total of 1,226,637 new shares (the Consideration Shares), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005, at a subscription price of NOK 54.76 per share. The share capital increase pertaining to the Consideration Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the issuance of the Consideration Shares, the share capital of the Company is NOK 1,360,688.38, comprising 272,137,676 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
