Disclosure of significant shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA

This disclosure is made pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 4‐1 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

On 10 March 2021, Pelham Long/Short Small Cap Master Fund Ltd, has increased its long position in Atlantic Sapphire ASA (NO0010768500) above the reportable threshold of 5%. The threshold was crossed as a result of purchases of 139,000 ordinary shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at a price of NOK 141.13 per share. The number of shares purchased corresponds to 0.17% of the shares of Atlantic Sapphire ASA.

Subsequent to the completion of the purchase transaction, the Pelham Long/Short Small Cap Master Fund Ltd holds a total shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA of 4,098,626 shares which represents 5.08% of the shares outstanding and voting rights of Atlantic Sapphire ASA.

The shares and rights to shares are owned by the Pelham Long/Short Small Cap Master Fund Ltd which is a collective undertaking controlled by the Investment Manager, Pelham Capital Ltd.
