Oslo, Norway, 11 March 2021 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kahoot! AS (the "Company") on 23 February, regarding the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 February 2021.

The amendments to the Company's articles of association resolved by the extraordinary general meeting, including the conversion of the Company into a Norwegian public limited liability company and change of company name to Kahoot! ASA, have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret).
