This notification is made in reference to the successful private placement

publishedv on the 16th of March 2021. Employees and board members of Nordic

Unmanned (the "Company) were offered the opportunity to subscribe shares at a

subscription price of NOK 27.65, with a three-year lock-up.

Out of the total number of 124,931 new shares in the private placement, 45,656

shares are allocated to the following primary insiders:

Knut Roar Wiig (CEO) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a total number

of 9,041 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 and a 3 years lockup.

After the transaction, Knut Roar Wiig, directly and through his 100% owned

company, Skaulen AS, holds 2,511,935 shares and 315,000 share options in Nordic

Unmanned AS.

Lars A. Landsnes (COO) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a total

number of 8,137 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 with 3 years

lockup. After the transaction, Lars A. Landsnes, directly and through his 100%

owned company, Ullestad AS, holds 177,506 shares and 245,000 share options in

Nordic Unmanned AS.

Cecilie Drange (CRO) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a total number

of 7,324 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 with 3 years lockup.

After the transaction, Cecilie Drange, directly holds 7,324 shares and 100,000

share options in Nordic Unmanned AS.

Trond Østerhus (CFO) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a total number

of 7,594 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 with 3 years lockup.

After the transaction, Trond Østerhus, directly holds 12,594 shares and 100,000

share options in Nordic Unmanned AS.

Nils Johan Holte (Chairman of the board) has on the 15th of March 2021 been

allocated a total number of 2,712 new shares with a subscription price of NOK

27.65 with 3 years lockup. After the transaction, Nils Johan Holte, directly or

through his 50% owned company, Holte Duo AS holds 82,714 shares in Nordic

Unmanned AS.

Jan Henrik Jelsa (Board member) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a

total number of 2,712 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 with 3

years lockup. After the transaction, Jan Henrik Jelsa, directly and through his

company, Jelsa Investering AS, holds 1,989,325 shares in Nordic Unmanned AS.

Roald Helgø (Board member) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a total

number of 2,712 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 with 3 years

lockup. After the transaction, Roald Helgø, directly and through his company,

Helgø Investering AS, holds 1,989,325 shares in Nordic Unmanned AS.

Erik Ålgård (Board member) has on the 15th of March 2021 been allocated a total

number of 9,041 new shares with a subscription price of NOK 27.65 with 3 years

lockup. After the transaction, Erik Ålgård, directly or through his affiliated

companies, Ålgård Holding AS and Eaah Invest AS, holds 684,718 shares in Nordic

Unmanned AS.

Liv Annike Kverneland (Board member) has on the 15th of March 2021 been

allocated a total number of 2,712 new shares with a subscription price of NOK

27.65 with 3 years lockup. After the transaction, Liv Annike Kverneland,

directly and through her company, LAK Invest AS, holds 21,608 shares in Nordic

Unmanned AS.
