An extraordinary general meeting will be held in Cyviz AS on 24 March 2021 at

12:00 CET. The notice to the extraordinary general meeting is enclosed and

available at www.cyviz.com - http://www.cyviz.com. The general meeting will be

held at the Company's premises in Drammensveien 165, 0287 Oslo. Due to the

Covid-19 situation and to follow the current authorities' guidelines and

regulations, we encourage all shareholders to give a power of attorney to the

chairman of the board of directors instead of physical attendance.

Power of attorney must be received by 23 March 2021 at 12:00
