Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by BW Ideol AS (the “Company”) on 12 March 2021 regarding the successfully completed private placement of new shares in the Company (the “Private Placement”) and subsequent admission of the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth (Oslo).

The share capital increase pertaining to the Transaction (as defined in the stock exchange announcement made by the Company on 15 March 2021) and the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the registered share capital of BW Ideol AS is NOK 3,109,319.80 divided into 31,093,198 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.1. Each share in the Company carry one vote at the Company’s general meetings.

As a result, the Company’s shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth (Oslo) on 18 March 2021, under the trading symbol “BWIDL” and with ISIN NO0010947385.
