An extraordinary general meeting in Cyviz AS was held today at 12.00 hours

(CET). All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting as proposed

by the Board of Directors. The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting is

Pursuant to the extraordinary general meeting held on 24 March 2021, Rune

Syversen will replace Ole Jørgen Fredriksen as chairman of the board of

directors. Effective from 24 March 2021, the board of directors of Cyviz AS

comprises the following members:

* Rune Syversen (Chairman)

* Patrick H. Kartevoll

* Thomas S. Wrede-Holm

* Ingebord Molden Hegstad
