Mandatory notification of trade
Yesterday, on 24 March 2021, Espen Myhra purchased 1,000 shares in OKEA at an average price of NOK 13.00. The shares were purchased in connection with OKEA's annual incentive scheme.
Following this transaction, Myhra holds a total of 136,786 shares in OKEA. In addition, Myhra has subscribed for 34,400 shares in the share issue under the long-term retention incentive program as announced on 24 March 2021.
