First system integrator sale in Eastern Europe for Nordic Unmanned (NUMND)

First system integrator sale in Eastern Europe for Nordic Unmanned (NUMND)

28.3.2021 08:00:00 CEST | Nordic Unmanned | Non-regulatory press releases

Nordic Unmanned delivers two sets of Lockheed Martin Indago 3 systems with

integrated Radionor antennas to an Eastern European client. The delivery marks

the first system integrator, training, and Life Cycle Support (LCS) sale to an

Eastern European client of the Lockheed Martin Indago 3 by Nordic Unmanned.

Additionally, Nordic Unmanned will deliver lifetime support and service for the

Lockheed Martin Stalker VXE, alongside training of fixed wing pilots and

technicians, to the same client. Eastern Europe has been early adapters of

unmanned technology, and this is the first sale of Lockheed Martin systems for

Nordic Unmanned in this region, showing the importance of such platforms to

security agencies in this area.

Knut Roar Wiig, CEO at Nordic Unmanned stated: We experience a high demand for

our lightweight RPAS services, with the likes of the Lockheed Martin Indago 3.

We are happy to provide lifetime support and training for the Lockheed Martin

Stalker VXE, which adds additional value to our clients, due to the electrical

air vehicle having long endurance and low acoustic signature.
