2020 Highlights

Despite the negative economic impact associated with COVID , Bemobi had a solid

2020 with YoY growth in all key financial and operational metrics:

· Net Revenue of R$ 241.1 million, 9% higher than that in 2019.

· EBITDA of R$ 93.4 million in 2020, 11% higher than 2019.

· Net Income was 23% higher year-over-year, reaching R$ 39.8 million.

· We reached 72 carriers - of which 20 are managed by Bemobi Loop - in 38

countries.

· We maintained an average of 34 million subscriptions in the different types

of services during 2020.

· In the microfinance segment during 2020, we managed a volume of 166 million

transactions, 50% higher than 2019.
