Photocure ASA – Major shareholding disclosure

On 8 April 2021 Briarwood Chase Management LLC on behalf of a private investment fund under its management acquired 261,101 shares in Photocure ASA. Following which Briarwood Chase Management LLC controls 1,416,150 shares in Photocure ASA, corresponding to 5.28% of the company's outstanding share capital and voting rights. The shares in Photocure ASA are held through a private investment fund which is managed by Briarwood Chase Management LLC whose Managing Member is Aalap Mahadevia.
