Bergen Carbon Solutions- Share capital increase registered
Bergen Carbon Solutions has now implemented a share capital increase which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on March 29, 2021. The share capital will be increased by NOK 20,425,533 by issuing 6,808,511 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.003. The new shares entitle to dividends and other rights in the Company from the registration of the capital increase in the Register of Business Enterprises.
