The attached Information Document has been prepared by Desert Control AS (the "Company") solely for use in connection with the admission to trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo. The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo will be 14 April 2021.
Arctic Securities AS acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner and SpareBank 1 SR-Bank Markets acted as Co-Manager in connection with the admission to trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo. Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS is acting as legal advisor to Desert Control AS, while Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS is acting as legal advisor to the managers.
