Following the transaction, Mr. Øyehaug holds 12 105 shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.0% of the total shares outstanding and 28,861 options in the Company.

Tone Bjørnov, Board member and primary insider in Atlantic Sapphire ASA, has today acquired 2,500 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at an average price of NOK 95.0 per share.
