Webstep ASA: New Interim CFO appointed

Oslo, 16 April 2021. New Interim CFO appointed.

The current CFO of Webstep ASA (the "Company"), Liv Annike Kverneland, will be

away on maternity leave in the period between 16 April 2021 and mid January

2022. The Company is pleased to announce that Fredrik Rytter Skuland, currently

employed by the Company as Group Business Controller, has accepted to fill the

position as Interim CFO for the entire period that Kverneland is away on

maternity leave.
