Asker, 20 April 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Argeo AS (the "Company") on 19 April 2021 regarding a notice to the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM").

The Company has today on 20 April 2021 held its AGM. All proposed resolutions were approved by the Company's shareholders with the requisite majority.

The minutes of the AGM are attached hereto.
