Boards approval of final accounts 2020

At its meeting on 21 April 2021, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2020. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 3.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 709,510,809 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 19 February 2021, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Thursday 27 May 2021 at Storebø.
