Invitation to presentation of first quarter 2021 results and Capital Markets Update

Veidekke ASA will announce results for the first quarter 2021 on Thursday, 6 May

at 07:00AM. The quarterly report and presentation will be published

simultaneously at veidekke.com and newsweb.oslobors.no.

From 08:00AM on 6 May, the group will host a digital presentation of the

results, followed by a Capital Markets Update. The presentations may be viewed

via webcast from the company's website at www.veidekke.com. Questions may be

submitted in writing via the website.
