Zalaris ASA has today granted 18,041 restricted stock units (RSUs) to executive management, as part of the Company’s annual bonus program. The RSUs granted are in lieu of cash bonuses. The RSUs vest after 36 months and each RSU corresponds to one share. Please refer to the annual report 2020 for further details regarding the Company’s share incentive plans.

The following primary insiders have been allocated RSUs as part of the grant:
