The General Meeting in Medistim ASA decided a dividend of NOK 3.00 per share

Oslo, the 27th of April 2021. The votes from the General Meeting today in Medistim ASA, has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.00 per share based on the Company's net profit for the 2020 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 54.65 million, which corresponds to 78.7% of the net profit for 2020. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 27th of April 2021, as registered in the Company's shareholder register in the VPS on the 29th of April 2021 (the record date). The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from and including the 28th of April 2021 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed the 7th of May 2021.
