Elkem ASA - Minutes from the annual general meeting 2021

The annual general meeting of Elkem ASA was held on 27 April 2021 in Oslo. All

proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the annual general

meeting that was sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 31 March 2021.

The annual general meeting approved the proposal from the board of directors to

distribute a dividend of NOK 0.15 per share. The dividend will be paid on 6 May

2021 to ordinary shareholders as of 27 April, and who are listed in the

Norwegian Central Securities Depository as of 29 April 2021. The Elkem share

will be traded ex-dividend from 28 April 2021.
