Conversion to a public limited liability company

(Oslo, 28 April 2021) - Volue ASA (Volue, OSE:VOLUE)

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Volue AS (the "Company") on 17 March 2021 regarding an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on the same day. The general meeting resolved to convert the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company, and thereby change its legal name to Volue ASA. The resolution was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, following which the new name of the Company is Volue ASA.
