KMC Properties ASA - Annual report for 2020

KMC Properties ASA, a real estate company focusing on industrial- and logistics properties, has today published its annual report for 2020.

The board of directors of KMC Properties ASA has approved the annual report for 2020. The financial statements for the full year of 2020 have no material deviations from the preliminary accounts published together with the results for the fourth quarter of 2020 on 28 February 2021.

“Towards the end of 2020, we completed a series of transactions, establishing KMC Properties as a major Nordic real estate company. We now have a strong financial position, a solid property portfolio, committed and long-term industrial owners and a pipeline of growth opportunities,” says Liv Malvik, CEO of KMC Properties ASA.
