Kongsberg Automotive CFO, Norbert Loers, will retire

Norbert Loers has decided to retire from his role as CFO of Kongsberg

Automotive, effective July 29[th], 2021. The Board and the CEO Joerg Buchheim

thank him for his accomplishments and dedication during his tenure as CFO from

January 2017, and for undertaking with outstanding professionalism and

commitment the role of co-CEO ad interim since September 2020.

Kongsberg Automotive wishes Norbert all the best for his future.

A successor for the CFO role will be announced in due course.
