Oslo, Norway, 3 May 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement

by Cloudberry Clean Energy AS (the "Company") on 28 April 2021, following the

annual general meeting held on 28 April 2021.

The resolved conversion from a private limited liability company (AS) to a

public limited liability company (ASA), amendments to the Company's articles of

association and the change of the Company's name to Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA,

have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

(Foretaksregisteret).
