As announced 23 December 2020 and 12 March 2021 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK 320 of own shares related to the employee share program.

The stock exchange notice dated 12 March 2021 stated that shares for a value of NOK 315 million were to be purchased from 12 March

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 1 650 322 own shares, corresponding to 0.9% of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 578 262 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares will have to be approved by the General Meeting on 6 May 2021.
