Volue ASA – Approval and publication of prospectus and transfer of listing from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs

Volue ASA (OSE: VOLUE), a portfolio company of Arendals Fossekompani, makes its transition from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs on 4 May 2021.

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding the application by Volue ASA (the "Company") for listing of its shares on Oslo Børs (the "Listing") including the stock exchange announcement dated 21 April 2021 whereby the Company was informed that Oslo Børs approved the application for Listing.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the Listing, and the prospectus has today been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The prospectus is available at www.volue.com.

The first day of trading of the shares on Oslo Børs will be 4 May 2021. Consequently, the last day of trading of the shares on Euronext Growth was today, 3 May 2021. No new shares will be offered in connection with the Listing.
