Proposal from the Election Committee in Self Storage Group ASA for the Annual General Meeting 26 May 2021

The following constitute the Election Committee of SSG ASA:

• Dominik Jochem, Chair of the Election Committee
• Lasse Høydal
• Øyvind Hagelund

1. Election of Board members

All board members want to continue in their present role. It is further proposed that Carl August Ameln is added as fifth member to the board. Carl Ameln is a serial entrepreneur and investor in the European self-storage space and one of the two founders and Chairman of First Risk Capital AS, one of the largest shareholders of Self Storage Group ASA.

The Election Committee proposes that the following Board members are elected for the period from the AGM 2021 to the AGM 2022:

• Steven Skaar (Chair of the Board since May 2020)
• Gustav Søbak (Member of the Board since November 2016)
• Yvonne Litsheim Sandvold (Member of the Board since October 2017)
• Ingrid Elvira Leisner (Member of the Board since May 2018)
• Carl August Ameln (new Member of the Board)

2. Election of Election Committee members

The Election Committee proposes that the following members are elected for the period from the AGM 2021 to the AGM 2022:

• Dominik Jochem (Chair of the Election Committee since May 2020)
• Lasse Høydal (Member since May 2020)
• Øyvind Hagelund (Member since May 2020)

3. Remuneration of the Board of Directors

The Election Committee proposes that the remuneration for the period from the AGM 2021 to the AGM 2022 is:

Chairperson: None¹ Board member: NOK 170,000

4. Remuneration for the Election Committee

The Election Committee proposes that the remuneration for the period from the AGM 2021 to the AGM 2022 is:

5. Election of Audit Committee members

The Election Committee proposes that the following board members are elected for the period from the AGM 2020 to the AGM 2021:

• Ingrid Elvira Leisner (Chair of the Committee since May 2020)
• Gustav Søbak (Member since May 2020)

6. Remuneration for the Audit Committee

The Election Committee proposes that the remuneration for the period from the AGM 2020 to the AGM 2021 is:

Chair of the Audit Committee: NOK 60,000 Member of the Audit Committee: NOK 30,000
