Kahoot! ASA – PDMR notification in connection with Private Placement

Oslo, 11 May 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange on 10 May 2021, regarding the successful completion of the private placement of 25 million new shares (the "New Shares") in Kahoot! ASA (the "Company") (the "Private Placement").

In order to facilitate for settlement on a delivery versus payment basis in the Private Placement, a share lending agreement has been entered into by ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Datum Opportunity AS and the Company. Pursuant to that agreement, Datum Opportunity AS has agreed to lend 25 million shares in the Company to ABG Sundal Collier ASA. Datum Opportunity AS is a close associate of the chairman of the board of directors of the Company.
