Offer to buy back shares in Hunter Group ASA
Oslo, 12 May 2021
Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") has decided to initiate a share buyback for up
to 50,000,000 shares with a price limit of NOK 3.0 per share (NOK 150,000,000).
The buyback will be on a "first come, first served basis" where purchases are
made on a continuous basis.
The offer period commences immediately and is expected to close at 23:59 (CET)
on 18 May 2021. The Company reserves the right to close the offer period earlier
at its sole discretion. Sales offers are irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn.
The buyback is based on the authorization provided by the Company's Annual
General Meeting on 30 April 2020.
Shares acquired pursuant to this transaction may either be deleted in connection
with a later reduction of the registered share capital of the company, or used
as consideration in the acquisition of businesses, or for general corporate
purposes.
Hunter Group ASA currently owns 8,200,404 of its own shares acquired as part of
its current buy-back program.
