Reference is made to the buy back offer announced by Hunter Group ASA (the

"Company") on 12 May 2021 at 07:31 CEST.

Throughout the offer period the Company has purchased a total of 3,034,702

shares at NOK 2.9998 per share. Upon conclusion of the buy back offer, the

Company owns a total of 11,243,196 of its own shares.
