Henrik Høye appointed as CEO from June 15th

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of February 4th 2021 where it was announced that Henrik Høye will succeed Mr Sverre Bjerkeli as CEO of the company when Mr Bjerkeli, in accordance with his contract, retires. Sverre has been the company's CEO since 01.06 2006. Protector has developed strongly over these 15 years. Annual premium income in 2006 was NOK 516 million. In 2020, this has increased to NOK 5,757 million. The return on equity over the same period has been 19% p.a. The Board of Director’s thanks Sverre for the key role he has played in the development of Protector.

Sverre Bjerkeli states; «It has been a pleasure to be a part of this 17 years journey and it feels good to leave the responsibility to Henrik and the rest of the management team in Protector. They are more than capable of continuing the company's good development.»
