Oslo, 20 May 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 10 May 2021 regarding the successful completion of the private placement by issuing 25,000,000 new shares (the "New Shares") in Kahoot! ASA (the "Company") (the "Private Placement") and the share lending arrangement entered into by ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Datum Opportunity and the Company.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA has today returned all 25,000,000 loaned shares to Datum Opportunity AS. Datum Opportunity AS is a close associate of the chairman of the board of directors in the Company.
