Marie Danielsson, CFO and defined as a person discharging managerial

responsibilities (PDMR) of BEWI ASA, has today purchased for 4,500 shares at NOK

28.14 per share. Following the transaction, Danielsson holds 185,452 shares and

250,000 options in BEWI ASA.

Petra Brantmark, general counsel and defined as PDMR of BEWI ASA, has today

purchased 1,250 shares at NOK 28.30 per share. Following the transaction,

Brantmark holds 7,202 shares and 125,000 options in BEWI ASA.

Waldemar Engberg, related party to Petra Brantmark, has today purchased 390

shares at NOK 28.10 per share. Following the transaction, Engberg holds 590

shares in BEWI ASA. Together, Brantmark and Engberg holds 7,792 shares in BEWI

ASA.

Charlotte Knudsen, Director of IR and communications and defined as PDMR of BEWI

ASA, has today purchased 2,000 shares at NOK 28.35 per share. Following the

transaction, Knudsen holds 8,681 shares and 125,000 options in BEWI ASA.
