TEKNA HOLDING AS: Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the press release dated 29 April 2021 regarding an increase

of Tekna Holding AS's share capital by NOK 2,306,544 through the issuance of

1,153,272 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2. The share capital

increase was registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

today. Following the share capital increase, Tekna Holding AS has a share

capital of NOK 250,454,692 divided into 125,227,346 new shares, each with a

nominal value of NOK 2.
