With reference to the notice published on 12 May 2021 calling the annual general meeting of KMC Properties ASA on 2 June 2021. The nomination committee of KMC Properties published its recommendation to the annual general meeting on 12 May 2021. The attached recommendation has been updated to include the nomination committee’s recommendation on election of members to the board of directors.
