Appointment of new members to the board of directors in SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices pertaining to the contemplated merger between SpareBank 1 BV and Sparebanken Telemark, inter alia the stock exchange notices dated 30 November 2020, 22 February 2021 and 25 March 2021.

Today, the supervisory board has appointed the following persons as board of directors in SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge, taking effect from the date of the registration of the merger between SpareBank 1 BV and Sparebanken Telemark:

- Finn Haugan, chairman

- Anne Berg Behring, deputy chairperson

- Elisabeth Haug, board member

- Heine Wang, board member

- Jan Erling Nilsen, board member

- Hans Kristian Norheim Lahus, deputy board member

- Gisle Fauskanger, deputy board member

The employees in SpareBank 1 BV and Sparebanken Telemark have held their own elections to elect employee representatives to the board of directors. Hanne Myhre Gravdal and Frede Christensen have been appointed as the employee’s representatives in the board of directors. Helga Marie Finsveen and Geir Arne Vestre have been appointed as the deputy employee representatives in the board of directors.

The registration of the merger in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises is expected to be completed on 1 June 2021.
