Pexip - New share capital registered
Oslo, May 31, 2021: Reference is made to the announcement on May 25, 2021 regarding increase of share capital by Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip", Oslo Børs ticker "PEXIP") in connection with exercise of employee share options. The new share capital pertaining to these new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the registered share capital of Pexip is NOK 1,566,445.065, comprising 104,429,671 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.015.
